Christopher Doyon, 56, previously of Mountain View, California, and now a resident of Mexico Metropolis, Mexico, was arrested in Mexico earlier this month.
He appeared in federal courtroom on Tuesday (June 15) accused of failing to seem at a February 2012 standing convention, following his pretrial launch in 2011.
