Microsoft releases printer fix for older Windows Versions

    Windows 10

Microsoft has launched out-of-band emergency updates for Home windows 7, 8.1, Home windows Server 2008, and Home windows Server 2012 to repair printer points arising from the March 2021 Patch Tuesday updates.

Now that Microsoft has ironed out the bugs in its latest Home windows 10 OOB printing updates, they’ve now launched variations of Home windows’s older variations.

These updates resolve the next points when printing:

    • Components of the doc may print as strong black/coloration containers or is likely to be lacking, together with barcodes, QR codes, and graphics parts, similar to logos.
    • Desk traces is likely to be lacking. Different alignment or formatting points may also be current.
    • Printing from some apps or to some printers may lead to a clean web page or label.

The updates are at the moment out there from the Microsoft Replace Catalog on the following hyperlinks:

Just like the Home windows 10 OOB updates, these are elective updates and solely have to be put in if you’re affected by the recent printer issues.
